Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens, but to respect our time and other clients, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy:
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• If you arrive 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
• Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.
